  As an older athlete (56) I so appreciate the small class size and the attention the coaches are able to provide. All of the coaches are excellent at knowing when I need to be pushed and when to slow me down. The reason they can do that is because they take the time to know me. They know my goals and my limitations so I always feel empowered to get the most out of each session while feeling safe that I won't do something foolish and hurt myself. I'm excited that I don't see a limit to how far I can go with with my strength and fitness as I approach 60 (and beyond!)
